Aero-Fusion provides a 10-year corrosion guarantee for the step. If during this period, there is a corrosion issue Aero-Fusion will refund your money.

Stronger in construction leading to longer service life.

Prolonged use of the step can weaken the OEM mounting bracket that leads to cracks occurring in the welded joint area. The cracks allow moisture into the weld area and this accelerates the corrosion process. In order to address this issue the Aero-Fusion step is fabricated entirely from stainless steel and the material used for the mounting bracket is 0.020’’ thicker than the OEM models.

Safety is further enhanced as Aero-Fusion uses a composite based material that has superior grip ability, giving that sure footed feeling when climbing in and out of the aircraft even in wet conditions. This product will outlast any paint or stick-on products by several years.

The wide range of colours available for the step’s non-slip surface will allow you to colour match the step to your Beechcraft Baron or Bonanza paint scheme.
