The results speak for themselves

Aero-Fusion has conducted extensive back-to-back testing of the Cessna 210 exhaust system against the OEM product and has recorded an approximate 10 Hp increase. Furthermore, based upon in house testing, Aero-Fusion predicts an increase in operating life of approximately twice the service life of the OEM Cessna 210 exhaust.

The highest quality build practices used

Our exhaust manifolds are made from 321 stainless steel, 0.050’’ thick and all welding is done using a TIG welder with an internal argon purge prior to welding. We use large radius bends to prevent gas flow restriction and the primary pipes are of the equal length. All three-primary pipes union together through a merge collector which helps direct gas out of the manifold and maintain a laminar flow.
